TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORGANIZED TOURIST TRAVEL WITH A FIXED PRICE

1. BOOKINGS

1.1. Tourist bookings are made at the OPERATOR's offices or through its network of agents in the country, according to the terms of the specific program.
1.2. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, or online.
1.3. The reservation becomes final after confirmation from the OPERATOR, completion of a personal data declaration, signing of the Travel Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, and payment of a deposit within 24 hours of confirmation.
1.4. The agreement covers only the services expressly mentioned in it. All additional services are subject to a separate agreement and payment.
1.5. If, due to objective reasons, a specific additional service cannot be provided, the OPERATOR will refund the paid amount without any additional compensation.
1.6. The OPERATOR complies with European regulations regarding the rights of persons with disabilities and reduced mobility for various types of transport. THE CONSUMER must inform the OPERATOR of their specific needs when signing the agreement.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. Operator's Obligations

2.1.1. The OPERATOR is responsible for the quality execution of the tourist services included in the agreement, in accordance with the Tourism Act and these terms.
2.1.2. In case of issues during the trip, the OPERATOR provides necessary assistance, including in emergency situations.
2.1.3. The OPERATOR holds an "Operator's Liability Insurance" and provides the CONSUMER with the corresponding certificate before the trip.
2.1.4. For trips abroad, the OPERATOR provides mandatory travel insurance.
2.1.5. The OPERATOR reserves the right to make changes to accommodations, venues, or the program, ensuring the provision of equivalent services.
2.1.6. In case of significant changes to the terms of the agreement, the OPERATOR is required to inform the CONSUMER in a timely manner.

2.2. Consumer's Obligations

2.2.1. The CONSUMER is obligated to provide correct personal data and notify any changes.
2.2.2. The CONSUMER must comply with the legislation of the countries they visit.
2.2.3. The CONSUMER ensures all necessary travel documents and, if needed, undergoes medical prophylaxis.
2.2.4. In case of a change in the price or conditions of the trip, the CONSUMER has the right to accept the new conditions or cancel the agreement without additional fees.
2.2.5. The CONSUMER has the right to transfer their trip to a third party, informing the OPERATOR no later than 7 days before the start date.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1. The price of the tourist package includes the main services and any additional requested services.
3.2. Payment is made in Bulgarian Lev, either in cash or via bank transfer.
3.3. The CONSUMER is required to pay an advance of 30% of the price within 3 days of signing the agreement and pay the remaining balance no later than 21 days before the trip.

4. COMPLAINTS

4.1. All disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement, and in the absence of such, in the competent court in Sofia.
4.2. The CONSUMER must submit a complaint if there is a discrepancy with the services during the trip.
4.3. In case of a breach of the agreement, the CONSUMER is entitled to compensation.

5. VISAS, MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS, AND DOCUMENTS

5.1. In case a visa is required, the OPERATOR provides assistance with the document submission.
5.2. Issuance of the visa is under the jurisdiction of the respective consular services and is not guaranteed by the OPERATOR.
5.3. The CONSUMER is responsible for having valid travel documents and fulfilling the medical requirements.

6. VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT

6.1. The agreement is effective from the moment of signing and remains valid for two years after the completion of the trip.
6.2. Each party has the right to request changes or termination of the agreement in case of significant changes in circumstances.
6.3. All changes and terminations of the agreement must be made in writing.
