3. Rights and Obligations of the User
   1. The User of the Website has the right to browse and use the platform for its intended purpose, as well as to use the Content, solely when the Copyright of "My Holiday Trip" Ltd. is preserved and only for non-commercial purposes. The use of the Content without mentioning the Copyright is allowed only with the written permission of the Owner;
   2. Any actions by the User that interfere with the functioning of the Website, as well as those that could harm the reputation of the Website or its Owner, are prohibited. In case of such behavior by the User, "My Holiday Trip" Ltd. undertakes to take appropriate actions to remove the damage caused, without prior warning;
   3. The Website cooperates with third parties - business partners who provide the Users with copyrighted texts, services, offers, and other information. Each User has the right to use the services offered by them, and in such cases, the rules of the respective websites apply;
4. Processing of Personal Data when using the Website or entering into a contract with the Owner for using services from the Website
   1. Data processed when using the Website:
      1. automatically collected technical data, such as IP address, GPS coordinates, device information from which the Website is visited;
      2. data obtained through the use of Cookies;
   2. Each User is responsible for the information provided by them, if it is inaccurate or relates to third parties without their explicit consent, as well as for any unlawful or malicious use of personal data and information. If the User does not want this information to be collected and processed, they are not obligated to provide it. Any input of information by the User is voluntary;
   3. All personal data and information stored for the user is deleted after the technological retention period ends;
5. Protection and Processing of Personal Data
   1. It is necessary to process and store the information you provide in order to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyze trends in the online space.

   2. Each time you visit the Website, the User is identified as such through the IP address. The IP address is a series of four numbers and represents the internet address from which the User accesses the Website, directs to the internet provider, and can be tracked by anyone who searches for it;

7. Applicable Law
   1. In case of unresolved issues and disputes, each user has the right to present unresolved issues before the Bulgarian courts and competent authorities that the parties have not managed to resolve through negotiations and mutual agreement;
   2. For all matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation apply;
